What you feel
deserves a clearer
conversation.
A racing heart. Exhaustion you can’t explain. A day that takes more out of you than it should. Let’s connect the experience to useful questions for your healthcare team.
Patient education & appointment preparation
With Dr. Oyidie Igbokidi, interventional cardiologist
“My heart races.
How do I explain it?”
Your whole experience.
A more connected plan.
“Full system reset” is our framework for looking at the factors that affect your symptoms together. The aim is a coordinated conversation about evaluation, daily supports, and follow-up. It is not a promise of a cure or a fixed recovery timeline.
Start with the moment.
What were you doing? Sitting, standing, showering, eating, or resting? The context helps your clinician understand the episode.
Describe more than your pulse.
Include dizziness, fatigue, sleep, digestion, medicines, and what happens after activity. Tell your team how daily life has changed.
Leave with a next step.
Ask what is being evaluated, which options fit your circumstances, and when you should return to review progress.
Your symptoms have a story.
Start with the pattern.
Explore IST, POTS, and low ferritin. Each guide explains what to notice, what to bring, and what to ask your healthcare team. Symptoms can overlap; these guides do not diagnose the cause.
Watch the explanation.
Continue the conversation.
Short videos connecting the symptoms you recognize with the physiology behind them—and the questions to take to your healthcare team.
A little more clarity.
One video at a time.
Video updates will appear here as they are added. Each update will include a title, date, and explanation, with a related patient guide when available.

Videos offer general education. For new or worsening symptoms, seek appropriate care rather than waiting for a video response.
Bring the story.
Not just the numbers.

My symptom & appointment notes
My visit summary
Patient-prepared notes for discussion. Not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or emergency assessment.
For new or severe chest pain, severe trouble breathing, stroke symptoms, or collapse, call 911 in the US or your local emergency number. New fainting, or symptoms that are markedly different from your usual pattern, need prompt medical assessment. Vomiting blood, black tarry stools, or substantial ongoing bleeding also need urgent assessment. Do not assume a new symptom is explained by IST, POTS, or low ferritin.
